Mike Kim's service was incredible. To be honest, I thought about changing my next car to another brand, but because of Mike Kim's service, I kept wanting to use Land Rover.

Total letdown. Made an appointment to see a car via the internet on Saturday. Sat in two hours of traffic to get to said appointment midday Monday. Arrived and was informed the car was sold on Saturday. No call and no texts, which is how they were previously communicating. This business has zero respect for anyone’s time as far as I can tell.

The best experience buying a car from start to finish! People at this dealership know how to treat customers. Christian was fabulous. He gave us the right picture from day 1, given the current market conditions and prepared us for delays. We ended up ordering our car since there wasn’t much inventory in the middle of winter. Christian guided us through the build of our car, kept us updated on the progress and answered all our questions with patience. We were always treated with respect and understanding. The war began after we ordered our car and the unexpected delays got us very frustrated but he kept reassuring us while telling us the truth. Once our car was in, he had everything ready. It was so seamless. He had the paperwork all set when we got to the dealership. The car had a massive bow on it 😊😊 and Christian was ready with his professional camera (not iphone!) to take our pictures, which we frankly did not come prepared for. 😝 I have never had any dealership so invested in the process and I have leased cars for 15 years now! Kevin from the dealership, walked us through every nuance of the car. He did not assume that we must know certain things having driven a Range Rover before. He made sure he covered every detail. The handoff was so thorough. We drove away stress free and happy! And when there was a minor issue, Christian answered us even post closing time and made sure to guide us in the right direction. They have a customer for life!!!! I highly highly recommend them! Buying a car should always be like this 👍🏼

So, I brought my 2017 Range Rover in for a wiper fluid leak & an airbag error light. The airbag item was not under the CPO, the fluid leak took forever to find, then once they repaired it, it leaked again inside the car and shorted out the computer module. None of this was covered under warranty either. The manager was kind enough to pay for the hose and give me a discount on the service. Fortunately, I did get a loaner from them for the 2 weeks they had my car. When I did pick it up, the battery light came on after 10 minutes. I had to return the car, get another loaner and they were kind enough again to replace the battery, free of charge. Julian was a pleasure to work with, as always. I just find it strange that the additional leak and new computer module were my responsibility to pay for. It ended up costing me a few thousand dollars by the time the work was complete. Julian was a complete professional and did what he could do to help me, and I really appreciate it. I just wish Englewood Land Rover would have assumed more responsibility for the issues.

The dealer can repair almost anything. Cost varies depending on the part and how long labor would be. Expect to pay around $120/hr for labor.
