I could understand why this office has low ratings as of recent. Staff overall is helpful, but with a few weaker links that show no respect to their patients. There’s no reason why I should be told to shut up when translating for my mother who doesn’t speak english, especially from a Spanish speaking nurse. None the less do I have to be yelled and argued with for a confusion caused by the office itself. It’s disgusting and disappointing that this isn’t the first time we hear not so great things about this “community action”.

You are able to walk-in any day. The only problem with that is, if you dont have an appointment you will have to wait till whom ever has an appointment be seen. All you need is your ID, insurance card and they might ask you for a proof of address.
