Great service and they really go above and beyond. Grateful for everyone involved in my slightly difficult situation. My Benz had a super tight lug nut and they came through. Shout out to Phil, aka The Benz guy!! Vince, JR, Damion & Tyler!! Thank you guys!!

Manager plays favorites. I ordered a tire and showed up for my appt. The manager , Austin, said it's going to take 1 to 1.5 hours to put in new tire and do alignment. After one hour, my car was still in the parking lot. I asked and he picked up my papers and called a mechanic . Another hour passed; he said: " tire is replaced , now you have to wait for wheel alignment" . I noticed several customers come and their cars get done and leave. I continue to wait. another hour passes; manager tells me " we are working on a Tesla, you need to RESCHEDULE THE ALIGNMENT. Manager decides what and when cares get done. He took care of his personal friend that showed up last minute. I felt he didn't care to take care of my car; maybe he didn't like color of my skin!!! poor customer service. Got my Tire. Going to another Tire place for alignment. I need to find another ETD Tire because I purchased Tire warranty( NOWAY I WOULD DEAL WITH THIS PERSON AGAIN) .

Rude and disrespectful! They DO NOT care for customer service, the moment you walk in, there is no greeting not even we will be with you shortly and they keep you waiting. To top it off, when you ask for service they are very confrontational and I had to leave right away. ETD PLEASE TEACH YOUR EMPLOYEES ANGER MANAGEMENT!
