Julie in grooming was fantastic!! She's the only person that has been able to groom my yorkie terrier Bonnie. Bonnie's previous abusive owners left her afraid of new people and new experiences. Julie worked with Bonnie and was able to get her cleaned up and cut beautifully. I've had 3 others places who could not do her because of how terrified Bonnie was. Thx again Julie! You are awesome!! **Update** Julie is no longer with Petsmart. Kendra replaced Julie grooming Bonnie & has done equally wonderful. Kendra was recently promoted & now I have Emma who does both Bonnie & Clyde. Emma does a fantastic job with my furbabies as well. It's truly nice to know these ladies are very skilled and patient and talented groomers!! I'm glad to have found them.

I believe that every big grooming comp. hired employee that has own special skills .. I have a sweet standard poodle dog . That’s been going on that place . I had messed my schedule last week due to I was running late then rescheduled yesterday .. first of all if employee paying enough more attention on their chart or file they should know what to expect right?? I was the first person that came. I was so shocked every person is trying to convince they other not to take my dog because his hair that so long. … I can not believe how rude those groups ladies are just obnoxious as others … this is very early morning!!! Finding out they not the person that was assign for my dogs grooming . But they kinda help each other to refused to take my dog. … I wonder if it’s about my dog?? Or me being an Asian! I take this place as horrible place for my pets. You guys attitude speak volume how you guys take care my dog behind close door. .. will never take my dog ever again … what a group of lousy & lazy . Just want to take easy one! Duh!
