Went in to buy some food and drink had to use the bathroom pretty bad I had been on The road for hours... Asked the manager to open the locked bathroom door and she replied "We don't open the bathroom for people that just walk in" I grabbed some paper towels and sanitizer wipes and was forced to take dump right on their sidewalk.... I ended up making my purchases at Wal-Mart across the street Frys you ended up with a double negative today Not only did you not make my sale but now you're gonna need to pay someone to clean the sidewalk and trust me that's not cheap

On Thursday at 10:15 I was shopping with my sister when a police officer walked up and told my sister and I that we had to leave the store and we were being trespassed I asked why and he wouldn’t give me an explanation. I asked to speak to the manager and they refused to talk to me. I asked to pay for my grocery because my sister is a single mom and had no food at home and it was already super late. We had my 8 year old neice with us, they said no. With no rhyme or reason we were escorted off the property. I have been a loyal customer to this location for 5 years! I bank with the Alaska USA and I am always in the store and to be treated this way and discriminated against and forced to leave when we had a full cart of groceries. Christina had us kicked out! I asked management for an apology didn’t get one! I can’t believe that you can just go around kicking out customers for no legit reason and all I got was an oops! I asked why was I targeted and was told they felt unsafe! When I asked why they felt unsafe they said they couldn’t discuss other employees conversation with me! I am outraged how they handle the situation! The way I was treated and the embarrassment I felt being escorted out of the store. Corporate doesn’t return phone calls! This is plain discrimination! She didn’t like me and had me removed along with my sister and 8 year old neice!

The self check out lady. By machine 503. Mexican. I’ll have to go back to get her name and update this review. She helped me and SAW me check out but then after tried to say I didn’t pay for my things. Was a total b!tch. I said “ you just helped me” and that b1tch lied and said “ no I didn’t”. After seeing the receipt she said sorry but I made sure to call her a dvmbass for it. I should have called her WORSE . How dare she tell me she didn’t help me when she looked at me and we talked. She even watched me PAY. If I see her next time. I’ll make sure to get her name. Wish I called her worse.

I like this Fry's more than Avondale & Buckeye for a variety of reasons. They're always well stocked and there aren't as many panhandlers in the parking lot. It's a busy location and the check out lines move fast.
