I was therw Jan 18 - 21 and it was open. The visitor center and the store were closed

Yes it is! Visitor center closes at 4.

Yes as Diana mentioned they are open and the visitor center reopened a couple of weeks ago. I was there on the 13th and the visitor center was open.

Yes they are both open!! They are one of the parks that received funding during the shut down.
