Always, rain or shine, 11:30 in the morning and 4:00 in the afternoon. Get there about 10 - 15 minutes early to get a good view from the side walk. You can see them in the pens afterwards

It was rainy in March 2018. The longhorn to set on was not there. Very disappointed.we did stand in rain and watch longhorn come down street.that was awesome. Going back in this Month.got get my picture on longhorn
