This place is super shiesty. I got a mailer with all kinds of sales from them. I then went and I bought chicken and organ meats here that were only priced a little less than other big grocers like Albertsons, Kroger and Walmart. The quality of the organ meats was lower than these other stores. When I went to checkout they told me how much I saved and then handed me a receipt with a huge surcharge of about 15 percent that completely wiped out any savings that I would have had. I then returned all items and purchased better quality at Central Market and Central Market was a few bucks cheaper. Central Market is one of thee most expensive grocers around and they were cheaper and higher quality after Elrods added their 15 percent surcharge. I really have no interest in going back at this point. Unless they can be honest and put the accurate price on the product before purchase I will not return or buy anything from them. This is just scammy and dishonest.

Employees on the floor are very professional and very helpful. A blond? that works in the office as well as stocking the can goods was very professional and semi friendly. I come here only in emergency situations. Prices are ok. Additional chgs are unexplained and typical for the Hispanic people of the NS. They expect it and are use to it.

So far even with new compatible stores added around,they are still the best if you don't need management cost

Please do not go to this store. They are stealing money from the public. You do not have to believe me but check your receipt, there is an unreasonable charge which they call it cost plus that takes some percentage of your money when you buy an Item, when I called for manager,there was no clear explanation for extra money I was charge for. it wasn't a tax, the tax charge was clear. literally stealing money from customers. I do not recommend anyone going to this stores. Check your receipt! Charging an extra percentage for buying from their store.
