There isn't a bad time. There are events there year around, and weekends are busier. So it's more like what do you want to do and see that'll make it the best time for you
i have just visited there this January and it is awesome place and awesome people. i believe that anytime is the best time, especially weekend because there live shows.
We go about once a month with our kids. Anytime is a good time but weekends are the best for us! Hope that you visit and enjoy.
