A leashed dog should be ok. You can't take it inside anywhere,Unless it's a service dog. They have Longhorn cattle drives twice daily. I'd hate to see the news about a dog causing a stampede. LOL
Yes, although there are no off leash areas. Several of the stores are pet friendly, they will usually welcome you in if one of the employees sees you with your pet. There are 2 designated pet bio areas (with bags) off Exchange and one on the south side of the hotel. A collapsible bowl is recommended for water. I take my working line GSD there a few times a week year round since I live nearby.
