I'm trying to get my mom an appointment to apply for duel citizenship and the second meetings are released, they're booked. We have all the documents/paperwork but I just can't get an appointment. Any advice? Am I in the wrong spot? Any help please

Anthony - You're saying we should go to the consulate to make an appointment? Everything I've read has said you have to make an appointment on the prenota online site (which is also booked for 3 years)

You are, when you go in they will redirect you to the 18th floor. There is a zumiez store right next to it outside.
