When entering the consulate, you must obtain an elevator ticket with ID at the information desk on the 1st floor to enter.

Unlike many poor reviews I have read, I had a very pleasant few experiences with the people who work at the consulate. I only spoke with them over the phone, but all three representatives were very helpful and kind. Also, I didn’t have to wait on hold for a long time which is a problem I usually have with consulates in Chicago for other countries. This consulate seems very organized and makes you feel like they are actively working on your application.

Hey you might want to check with the nearest South Korean consulate... But I guess you will still need a visa because you are not a US citizen. Process is fairly simple documents of your travel or travel itenanry .. passport ,proof of funds and they have an application online which is pretty self explanatory.... Submit or mail to the consulate and you will receive the visa in 7-10 days max
