Horrible horrible, inhuman treatment. No understanding , the way they treat people is as if the royal family is talking to an uneducated peasant during the middle ages. When the presence of a manager was requested, my mother in law and 2 year old daughter were told to "GET LOST" as no one will service them. I am dumbfounded I guess GANIO IS Ganio, no matter where he goes.. ridiculous. Not to mention an elderly family from Whiscon was refused to be serviced for work that would take 5 min, because they " don't have an appointment ( don't get me started on their appointments and broken website, as are pretty new thing -in previous years there was no such thing ) considering there was No line ..... made to walk away and " make an appointment " and come back from Wisconsin.

Unfortunately, the people who work there don't make any effort to help the bulgarian citizens. The hours are not designed to accommodate working people, and even if they have available hours they will not provide any services if you don't have scheduled appointment. It will be helpful if someone updates the website and the Calendly link is the first thing people see, so they are aware they need an appointment.

That bAiko where it says the automated message and gives instructions on which website to follow for more information…..DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT SAYING IN ENGLISH!!! And we will not comment on the working hours, reduce it a little more, it will take time to rework and rework.
