If they accepted section 8 or any hud housing Olsha would shut entire complex down, Black mold threw out, major electrical issues that blow out your electronics they ignore you when they know it happened and look at you like your dumb or crazy gaslighting you! It's like a prison the manager Marsha is the Warden, and others are her guards and spies. Peak Management approves management told me, and they are responsible untimately! They discriminate big time as well against disabilities, I've never been in jail but have been told by many tenants they feel the same! It's well documented.
