Unfortunately this is not an apartment complex that I can personally recommend to anyone. I’m currently a tenant, but counting down the days that I can find a new place. I’m a clean person and should not have to be concerned with roaches coming into my place from other apartments. I have complained to management to no avail, Jessica Coleman the leasing agent seems to think that having any form of roaches in your apartment seems to be ok. It’s also 90 plus degree weather and I’m paying rent for an apartment that the ac is currently not working in. If I didn’t work so often, I would have to stay with family to keep cool. If you’re looking for an apartment complex, and you come across this one, please take my word and keep driving.

Very professional staff that were very easy to work with. I was looking in the market to change apartments back in February for a lease starting on Memorial Day weekend, Jake was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. From there, I got an opportunity in Florida that I could not refuse so I gave them a call and they took me off the lease within 5 minutes and were professional with that too. Throughout the entire process, they have been super helpful and friendly. If I move back to Metro Detroit, I will definitely consider living here!

Of course they do! Ashton Pines/Monarch Corporation doesn't care about the residents. They only care about getting the money. Worse place to live!

Waterford has your own private entry. Rent includes water sewer and trash and you also get yout own washer and dryer. Ashton pines opens to 3 floors. You pay all utilities. It does come with your own carport. Laundry room us on the first floor. They have balconies, walk outs, bay windows or garden level windows. All apartments have dishwasher, garbage disposal, stove and fridge.
