0 stars!!!!!!! I wouldn’t live here if it was the last place on earth. Within the first week of living here the exterminator had to be called. Lynette Coffey the leasing manager doesn’t care about anything but smoking cigarettes. Theres only one maintenance man and he’s old and tired. I’ve seen every type of bug in my apartment and we haven’t even been here a year yet. The parking lot is very small. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!! Avoid this place at all cost!! The pictures i added shows what it looks like behind the refrigerator…they never cleaned back there. And the other picture is from out patio door that we NEVER used for many reasons. I have plenty more where that came from. Disgusting apartments that need to be under new management or shut down permanently.

False Advertising (new Renovations) I've been here for many years and I can't seem to get a new stove and faucet in my bathroom even though I've told them about the stove sparking and smoking that I'm afraid to use it.

Arthur fixed my toilet and installed a carbon monoxide detector. He is always professional and polite.

Maintenance crew here is amazing. Todd showed up within 20 minutes of me submitting a work order for my dryer. He he fixed it and the problem was solved within hours.
