During the Covid crisis it was very difficult to assure he was receiving the best care he could receive, but the staff were caring and kept us informed of his condition and made recommendations to guide us through a very difficult time

Waterford Oaks Senior Care has been, in my experience, a well-managed and well-maintained facility. Being a caregiver is a challenging position that is not suited for everyone; however this facility has done a great job of attracting employees who truly care about the residents, and provide the best care possible. The managers are detail-oriented, so you always know exactly what is expected of you; they are also flexible with scheduling needs, making this an ideal place to work. For anyone looking to be a caregiver, I would recommend Waterford Oaks, and for anyone looking for a facility for themselves or a loved one, Waterford Oaks would be my top choice as well.
