I purchased this 1 bedroom condo in late 2017. I’ve never had a problem with loud neighbors so I guess I am lucky. It’s quiet and my window faces the East so I get the sunrise every morning and see the moon often at night. They have switched management companies a few times since I’ve been here. Some things are fixed at a timely matter, some are not. I do think the HOA fees are a bit high for such a small place. I don’t plan on staying forever, but not a bad place to start out.

Worst place I have ever lived. Rude, NOSEY and LOUD neighbors. Constant yelling and door slamming. Basically a retirement home for mean, grouchy, complaining, old people.

Anything inside the property lines of colonial village is maintained by Rhodes Mgnt. They will get to it one day but probably not as fast as they go to installing the flag pole and the camera.
The post office doesn't maintain the boxes or responsible for new keys just delivery of mail to this complex.. Your new management company (INRhodes) does not handle this either, therefore referring me to the association/maintenance area of this complex. Just looking for a contact in the association who has handled the new owners receiving new mailbox keys.
It depends on the size of the condo for the price of rent. Each condo is own by an individual and varies in price depending on what's offered.
