Nice place to live, management is good but sometimes maintenance man comes at very short notice it is annoying I could be late to work if they inform me one day before then I am very thankful .

Abney Lake Apartments is a great place to live they have a professional staff and maintenance crew so if you want great apartment to stay at Abney Lake Apartments is the place to be. Unit 1308

I’d give them zero stars if possible. Poor management, unprofessional management company, & a heads up...they violated the fair housing act when I applied. I will be calling the Department of Civil Rights & HUD this week. They also do a hard credit check (all surrounding complexes do soft credit checks so they don’t affect your credit score). You’ll be required to bring your own copies of everything & still pay a $20 application fee. Stay away from this complex & Sam Cassar in general.
