We offer self-pay pricing options that must be paid upfront (we accept cash, credit cards, HSA cards, checks.) We will also submit to your insurance and request your co-payment at the time of service. Thank you.

Thank you for your question. If you are using insurance, only your co-pay (if applicable) is due at time of service; any portion left after it is processed through your insurance company, you will be billed at a later date. For self-pay patients, payment in full is due at time of service.
