This urgent care had quick service and the NP that helped me was very sweet and helpful. Unfortunately, I have to give them 2 stars because they lost my test results which makes me really lose trust in this office.

Horrible providers know very little about care. Don’t go here

I’m here right now for a burn on my stomach by hot oil, you’d think someone would automatically give you an ice pack to help ease your pain while you wait. I had to ask twice until I finally got one. No attentiveness. And you see them walking so slow while they watch you stand there in pain. I can’t believe I’m experiencing this.

I’m very, very thankful for this urgent care clinic. Dr. Robyn (apologies for not remembering the last name) was extremely helpful, honest, and knowledgeable. I came in close to closing but she did not rush at all. The next day I also had to talk to her for an urgent medical matter and she talked to me despite not working that day. I also had the opportunity to speak with Eileen (a manager) who also helped me a lot and called me multiple times outside of business hours. This was one of two urgent cares I went to after calling several. If it wasn’t for Dr. Robyn and Eileen I would not have been in touch with the specialist I needed to see and I would not have gotten better. I am very thankful and grateful to them both. This is also the first review that has made me tear up. Dr. Robyn and Eileen (again, apologies for any misspelling), if you guys ever read this, thank you, thank you, thank you.

I would call them and ask. They r very good there and fast. Very capable staff.
You can call to double-check but I have always just walked in and gotten the blood tests there
They don't schedule appointments per say- you can "get in line" via their website before you head over.
You can make an "appointment" here: https://www.nm.org/locations/immediate-care-lakeview#appointments. It's urgent care, though, so you don't have to if you don't want. If they're open, you can just walk in. As for the reviews, ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. Sometimes people don't like to wait. Sometimes the front office staff/techs are overworked/having a bad day. The actual doctors/NPs have been great, though.
Go to the urgent care at northwestern on belm
Yes, these labs can be drawn at this location.
As long as the complaint can be addressed within the scope of an immediate care setting, NM ICCs are able to evaluate patients of all ages.
I don't know what that is to be honest
I don't believe so. There's a number of places in Chicago for that ...
There is a full staff there and they can address any situation. You see a doctor assistant and 100 percent of the time is assessing your situation. Very concerned staff. If you have to see additional doctors, do not go to Illinois Masonic ER.
No, but it's pretty expensive if you don't (at least $250-$300).
Yes, as long as your physician has ordered it in Epic.
There is no NM Immediate Care facility on Irving Park.
