I don’t know how this place has 4 stars. The office is crowded and unsanitary. The doctor in training who was the first to see me was initially not wearing gloves. She fumbled around in a drawer full of unsanitary devices trying to find something to check my ears with. When she finally found it she grabbed the ear piece from the top of a table (looked like a nightstand) that was full of dust and visible dirty. In addition to that they use the electric blood pressure monitor and when she couldn’t figure out how to use it she just skipped that step and took my heart rate. My throat was also hurting and because she didn’t have a tongue depressor she couldn’t view the back of my throat and just gave up on that as well. When the main doctor came in he asked very few questions looked at my ears, didn’t bother looking at my throat and didn’t seem to interested that I had been puking the day before for 8 hours. I left there with a prescription for prednisone and was told to take allergy meds. Essentially the only thing I was effectively treated for was my swollen and severely chapped lips. I did now receive the care and service I would expect from an urgent care center and frankly and not going to be happy when I see the bill for services not received.

Doctor only gave me about 15 seconds of this time. Told him my throat was extremely sore, plenty of coughing, hurts to talk - yet he didn't even look at my throat or my ears. All he did was listen to my heart and said I probably had a throat infection, wrote me a prescription, took my money and that was that.
