I tried out this location for the first time. The girl that checked my vitals was very rude. I felt uncomfortable. Then the doctor came in and made me feel super rushed. He didn't even bother to answer any of my concerns regarding my son's asthma. Was just trying to get to the next patient.

Everything was great except I was told the doctor would see me in 10 min after I submitted a strep test and it took over 40. It wasn’t the amount of time, I just would’ve liked better communication and time management. Other than that, everyone was very nice!

I was visiting a friend this weekend in Chicago, and I developed a bad tonsil infection. I was trying to find a minute clinic last minute so I could get antibiotics and hopefully recover enough to enjoy the rest of the weekend. After many failed attempts with other clinics, this clinic was able to see me! Not only that, they were so kind, fast, and gave me exactly what I needed. I’ve never had such friendly and genuine nurses/Physicians take care of me before. Keep up the good work :)

Hi Luz! We do have parking at this location, it is located right across the street. Just be sure to park in a spot designated for Midwest Express Clinic.
We now offer Rapid COVID-19 tests which costs $120 out of pocket and includes the cost of an office visit (required). The test results are returned on the same day and testing is available at all locations. We recommend checking with your airline and confirming the travel requirements of your destination.
