The reception was extremely rude. When I asked her to speak louder because it was hard to hear because of the mask and plexiglass window, she rolled her eyes at me. When I asked to speak with her manager, she refused to give me the person's name. Don't expect to be treated kindly.

Arrived at 1pm… doors are locked and lights are off. Called their phone to check if they are on break, phone person explained they “do not have any special notes about this location, and it should be open since their hours list so”. Not helpful at all. Asked them if they can confirm which ones are open, same answer. Please update your hours or at least put a sign on the door. People need care, and it was hard to get there to begin with. Unacceptable.

Try to call their number - you will NEVER be able to talk to someone on site. Not to ask if they provide the service you need, not to follow-up on care.

not at immediate care. youd need to go to Gastroenterology for a visit and to see if one was warranted. if you need a referral consult your PCP. if you have a PPO, contact GE directly. cheers
