Called for a PCR test, they said they are accepting walk-ins. Get to the location for the PCR test after arranging childcare and they aren’t taking walk-ins. Exact reason I never go to Northwestern Medicine, they have zero regard for patients and their time.

I went in for total of 40 minutes - a 10 minute check up with the NP and waited to be seen for 30 minutes. Was charged $500!!!! That was before any charges for actual services solely for being there - scam. I wish I knew this information before I entered.

This is probably the worst experience I have ever had at urgency care. When I arrived to the clinic, there were hardly any patients, but I had to wait to be seen by PA while in the hospital gown for about 45 minutes. Absolutely nothing has been done for my condition, other than referring me to a primary physician. (I went to urgency care, because my primary physician was not available). The PA did not even properly assess me. Choose another location! This one is not worth your time!
