I was out of my home state for work and got a tooth infection, the staff and doctor here were amazing and worked with me not having access to my insurance information to get me some antibiotics until I got back home. Amazing staff and a beautiful and sterile enviorment

I arrived once before at 2pm, the close at 5pm. They said they were no longer taking patients for the day. That's a 3 hour gap between when I arrived and when they were meant to close. Just now, I arrived at noon and they said it would be about an hour wait. It was a 3 hour wait, but there was nobody here and the front desk clerk just sat on his phone talking to a friend of his. This place is either severely understaffed or outright lazy, as someone who used to work in Healthcare. There needs to be a severe overhaul to patient checkin and treatment procedures because I should be able to walk into an urgent care that is empty and get seen immediately. This is easily the worst care I've ever experienced as a patient. If you don't need X-Rays, go to Walgreens or CVS instead, their patient care is much better.
