I would give a negative rating if it was possible. Why do they call you to the back to have you wait over 3 hours.

Do not waste your time, after waiting two hours to be seen the nurse practitioner will send you to the ER. I was trying to avoid the ER for two of my kids on two different occasions and both times we were sent away!!

Your staff treated me like a Queen. I broke my left foot Feb 4th; and came here to be treated. From security, receptionist, to the nursing staff; I was treated with care and professionally. I can't believe all these bad reviews. The whole staff was nice and professional. You guys really made me feel as if I was in really good hands. Thank you so much!😃

This location is horrible! Everytime I come here, it's not only long wait times but some of the registration do not listen and are not the friendliest. There is always 1 physician on staff and a waiting room full of patients. Then I heard the registration staff talking about putting the word out that they are at capacity and that was about 11am. People get sick after 11am. I know infections and diseases are increased this time of year and they are always out of certain swabs. The Pediatrician offices are booked and what's the alternative?!? Go wait double the time in the ED? They truly need to address the problems. It's been over 4 hours..almost 5 and still no doctor. Mainly in the black neighborhoods. They need the same resources and staff seen at other Advocate Aurora facilities in various neighborhoods. The 2 stars are because some of the staff, MAs and the 1 physician is usually nice as well as the triage nurse but you need to bring breakfast, lunch and dinner when you go to this facility even if you are there when it opens. They also won't enable appointments so the only option is to wait all day! #Frustrated

Yes
I don't believe they do. I think you would have to see your primary doctor for that. But, you can call them and ask that question.
They'd prefer you follow up with your primary physician
Yes
Yes, they are
I've never seen them answer this public forum directly. You would do best to call them tomorrow morning when they open.
