I'm quite sick, and after sharing my personal information to the kiosk there are no appointments available. I'd like to know that before telling y'all my business.

I arrived early afternoon. There was a sign indicating they were open. The kiosk was not working, so I could not check in. I waited about 20 minutes. A female employee finally exited one of the exam rooms and I asked if there were any appointments available. She said there were no appointments because the Nurse Practioner is not in. How are they open if they can't serve customers/see patients? Total waste of time.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Was going to walk in and when I called there was a 6pm appt available so I took it. I was able to sit in my car until I was called in and was able to go directly to the office. Jenice (sp) was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable. She also gave me a tip that I'd never been given regarding antibiotics and how to prevent yeast infections after taking them AND I DIDN'T EVEN ASK! You could tell that she genuinely cared. I am thrilled about this visit. If I ever have a need for urgent care, I'll be back and I home Jenice is stil there.
