Absolutely terrible staff, I was here on 05/06/2022 at 5:50 PM with a sinus infection and was refused service. She never even asked any diagnosis questions, vitals, or looked at my sinus, just said she didn't feel comfortable dealing with it and recommended that I go to a different clinic? It makes sense that the pharmacy told me that she leaves around 5:00 PM for the day, so it was 50/50 if she was going to be there.. I really wish there was a no star rating.

Stay away!!! Went in for a sinus infection only for the "doctor" to tell me that sinus infections were above their level of expertise and that I would need to go to a different Clinic. What kind of walk in clinic is not able to diagnose and treat a basic run-of-the-mill sinus infection? Then what are they there for? Paper cuts? An itch you can't reach? Free hugs?

Both individuals I met were great. Good listeners, explained things in a manner that I could understand, and were very professional too.

Terrible experience. Never had a good experience at any of the Advocate locations
