This is probably the worst location I’ve ever been to. It takes forever to get simple things done. I understand that there have been staffing issues during the pandemic, but this has been an ongoing issue since before the pandemic. Today, I went to get labs and a vaccination. Got the labs done, then was told I needed to go back into the waiting area to register for the vaccine - except, I asked for the vaccine when I did the initial registration. Once back in the waiting area, I had to wait another 25-30 mins to get the vaccine. It’s just a shot, and there were no other patients waiting. How long does that take, and why couldn’t it have been done while I was in the back for labs? I usually go out of my way to the river north location just so I can actively avoid this one. However, today, I was trying to avoid dealing with the morning traffic. Should’ve gone with my first mind.

Turned me away only wanted a blood pressure check no one was in the waiting area receptionist said everyone is in the back I can’t seem to ever get nothing done here I always have to go to river north because this place might as well close down someone come in with high blood pressure and you can’t check it no way
