I was in this COVID-19 testing center yesterday to get the Rapid and PCR tests done. The technician was very helpful with the application process and getting the tests administered. I waited less than 20 minutes to get the Rapid test results and the technician informed me that the PCR would take a couple of days and the results would go into my email address. The facility was conveniently located near the #28 Stony Island bus stop (Walk a short distance south to the stop), Starbucks, and across the street from Dollar Tree on 72nd and Stony Island. Since I was running errands and visiting friends, the center's location was ideal. Moreover, the facility appears to be very clean, spacious, has 2 bathrooms (both gender neutral), and customer service is excellent and knowledgeable. If I have to get tested again in the near future for travelling, I will definitely come back here :)!

this place is fncking terrible. They never answer the phone. Took some lab test was told I would get results in two days, here it is 4 weeks later and. STILl haven’t gotten results. glad i’m not dying

If I could give them negative stars I would. THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER BEEN GIVEN. I have been sitting here for over an hour waiting to be seen by a pediatrician for my children. The two receptionists had the worst attitude and clearly don’t know ask for proper information. I informed them that this was an appointment through my military insurance and that I didn’t have an insurance number, that they repeatedly asked me for, instead of asking for my military ID number. After contacting my military insurance company and the representative asking m why they are asking for insurance when all they had to verify was my ID number, they lied in my face and said yes we did and rolled their eyes. They took my id because me providing my ID number verbally was not good enough. I’ve asked when their provider would see them, I was told in a minute. Just to find out they are try to schedule they with anybody and charge me for a visit with someone else. Like what in the world is this.

Easy to make an appointment and checking in and out was smooth. Best part is you get your results when they say
