What more can be said but useless waste of time

I waited over 30 minutes even after checking in on the kiosk in time. Only for them to tell me they wouldn’t help me. Not that they couldn’t but wouldn’t on a technical thing with my insurance. I had something urgent and offered to pay out of pocket. Complete waste of time. The NP, Patty, sucks.

My appointment was at 1020 and it's now 1044 and they have only one NP that's been seeing the same patient since before I arrived. I have to get back to work and now I'll be late. This is ridiculous.

I got tested for Covid at this CVS and I have not received my test result yet. It has been 15 days ago. The customer service line is not helpful, as there is only prerecorded message noting that test wait times are 6-10 days. The results at this point are useless. The test is paid by my insurance and indirectly with tax payers funds. CVS should do a refund if they cannot provide the service offered in a timely fashion.

Still waiting on results from Monday June 29th. The phone number that they give you at the minute clinic is a joke.I setup Mychart and still no results.
It depends on your insurance, but they ask for a credit card as well.
