9/10 times I get the best care here. The staff is friendly, upfront and really care to help. I think people should consider that majority of medical offices or urgent cares are sub par/below average. People are overworked, etc… I haven’t had much experience because when I find something that is good I am loyal to them and they have been good to me and my mother-in-law.

If I could give negative stars I would. I went to this location for a COVID test. I was told it would be ready within 24-48 hours. Then they told me it would be 72 hours. The test wasn’t done properly either, so I don’t really trust the results. They didn’t put the swab in deep enough. It just felt so disorganized. I’m switching my doctors over to Northwestern. They are professional, clean, caring and organized. The results from their COVID tests usually return within hours, not days.

BEYOND terrible. STAY AWAY. I went in for routine GYNO exam and they keep trying to charge me for it. I've been fighting it since JANUARY and all they do is ask for an EOB, look at it, deny it, and send me to collections. This is a MISCODING that the office seemingly refuses to deal with. Deborah (?) at the Western/Irving Park location doesn't return ANY calls and escalating results in nothing. It has been since January a for ROUTINE, COVERED exam and they are trying to send me to collections for something a doctor miscoded. There are 10 lines items, 7 are preventative, 3 are not. WHY THEY WON'T JUST CLEAR THIS is beyond me. Mind you, this is the THIRD TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED WITH PREVENTATIVE CARE. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.
