Yesterday I went in for severe hay fever and bronchitis. The doctor was very sweet and knowledgeable. I got a treatment and my first dose of medicine before leaving. I felt about 10 percent better. By the evening I felt great, and today I feel almost 100 percent. I loved the dr and wish she was a primary care. Staff is nice and friendly. Only urgent care I will go to from now on.

We take most commercial insurances and Medicare. We do need to see you twice, but the second visit can be via telemedicine (Skype-like). You should bring: 1) Your medical records, unless your records are at Innovative Express Care 2) a valid IL ID 3) your insurance card (if you are using insurance) 4) another recent proof of address (bank statement, cell phone bill, utility bill) That’s it! It’s a state run process, but we can get you your card within a few days.
