Yes had dinner there a few weeks ago and it was fine but yep u have to pay to walk out on the pier.
Some of it is.
The left side of the T is still missing but you can still walk and fish from the pier. The end of it is blocked off to visitors.
Looks great
visited it this past week and it was together and you could walk out on it if you pay $2 per person.
