Went to a timeshare sales pitch, the staff are all toxic, pathetic cockrochs. Only timeshare sales pitch I've ever been to and now I receive 10+ calls a day about timeshare sales . Hopefully the staff were washed away by the hurricane, it would make the work so much better

**Posting from an alternate account. Account name not associated with name from Hilton site visit.** Likely the worst interaction we’ve had with a sales representative hands down. My husband is in sales and is very good at what he does, so he’s well versed in the sales arena. These presentations aren’t new to us. We are open minded and are completely willing to hear anyone out. Our group presentation started with Dawn. She was very energetic, over the top, and clearly very gimmicky, but I liked her! Our “guide” was Jeff. He sat to the right of us. During the presentation, my husband was researching some of the figures that Dawn posted regarding the costs of vacations on his phone (this comes into play later). After the group presentation, your private guide takes you on a private tour of the rooms. Jeff seemed nice enough, but he wasn’t very enthusiastic during our showing. The property was beautiful (what we did see)! At the end of our viewing, Jeff aggressively asked my husband if it was going to be a yes or a no. My husband said, “Well, it’s going to be a no.” Jeff then says to us, “I knew from the moment I saw you guys it was going to be a no.” Now, I don’t know if he was gauging what he thinks what we can afford or what, but I’ve never been so insulted. My husband alone makes over $200k a year, so we’d have zero issue affording the payment. We’re where we are financially because we make smart decisions. We have A-1 credit, so the ridiculous interest rate they offer isn’t necessary, even though you can refi after the fact. Even if none of this was an issue, we wouldn’t give Jeff the satisfaction of giving him our business. He did a mediocre job showing the property and his true colors came out at the end. He only wanted the sale. No wonder Jeff has such a spotty work history (he shared this with us). He doesn’t have the patience or temperament for customer service or sales. We were told that the reason why he made the comment is because my husband was looking in his phone during the presentation and he perceived that as us having no interest. He should’ve asked instead of assumed and my husband would’ve gladly told him what he was doing (not that it was any of his business). We did end up having a nice experience with Wendy. Unfortunately, Jeff has really soured our experience with Hilton. It’s just one of those things that will take some time to forget because you don’t know the motive for such a rude and hateful comment. Whether it be the CEO or the janitor, always treat people with kindness and respect. Not everyone who has money walks around advertising it.

Yes, the accommodations are excellent.
I am not 100% sure about 2 cars but parking is included in the price. They do charge for vallet parking. $10 a day.
It should, especially if you used your amex Hilton honors card to pay for it
Grand opening is May 16th.
I'm booked for July as well and I'm worried about the same thing.

Fyi it is both a hotel and timeshare vacation resort.
This resort is part of the Hilton Grand Vacations not a regular hotel.
The room is nice, it is right next to the activity room.
What time. Does the bars close?
