My experience with Dr. Ross and his staff was definitely positive. They were all professional, personable, thorough, concerned, caring and helpful. Dr. Ross took all the time he needed to understand, diagnosis and treat my condition. Trying to find a new doctor after moving is always a little concerning, but my first visit resolved all my concerns!

I love Dr. Prenatt and I've been a patient since 2013 when he was in the building across the street. He's always been sweet and thorough. I see him religiously every 3 months or every month if I start a new medication. I've never had any problems with the front desk. The practice has definitely changed as they have grown in staff and patient care. I've never had a problem getting in if I'm sick. My son and his father are also patients of Dr. Prenatt as well now and they are happy with him too. I read these comments and I'm sorry for those but my experiences there have always been great. Edit: I was sad to see Dr. Prenatt go but I'm really happy with Dr. Ross! He's a wonderful doctor. I highly recommend going to see him.
