They are not polite or welcoming upfront to start with in person or on phone. The doctors there do not really seem to genuinely care. Another doc of mine sent out a fax for some records to be sent to them so we can try to figure out whats going on. That was about 2 weeks ago still nothing back from them. Call, No answers. Do not recommend at all.

Have never been so rudely treated by a nurse and a doctor before in my life. Forcing me to embarrass myself should never be allowed by anyone never mind a doctor.

My husband and I have lived in Florence for some years. My husband has been a patient of Dr. McCarthy since we lived at the beach. We were in traffic at 0840 and called the office to say we would be 5-10 min. late. The appointment was for 0850. The receptionist said that the Dr. had another meeting and cancelled the appointment. How RUDE. Naturally, there is more to the story..... Has this ever happened to you??
