Is there a charge to walk out on the pier and if so, how much?

We didn't have to pay to walk the pier, but we had dinner at the restaurant there and went out that way... By the way they probably have the best chef in the state, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BBQ BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP, ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS AND HUGE.

$2 to walk pier. $10 to fish. Restaurant is under different management than pier, so even if you eat there you have to pay to walk the pier.
