The outdoor bar is on the outdoor pool deck. City bylaw states no alcohol on the beach. However, when we were there, people did bring coolers with beer/drinks on the beach, kind of on the down low.

I've always put it in an opaque cup. As long as your not making it obvious your alright. There is an outdoor bar at the pool that you can drink at too.

No alcohol allowed on the beach. The bar is located on the Palms tower side and it's outside infront of the pool and across from the kids playground area..
