Just left today. Very clean and no bed bugs (I checked first thing). Great service, clean room, housekeeping was great, view was amazing, free parking, breakfast was a bit pricey, towels provided at pool but very worn. Very pleased with stay.

We were there in Dec 2017. We didn't notice any bed bugs. We were on the 14th floor.

We go every winter and have never seen any bugs. Always a pleasant stay and lots of fun in the water park with the kids.

I stayed here in October for a week. Bed bugs is always the first thing I check for in a hotel, no matter how nice it appears to be. I check thoroughly too because I'm paranoid about bugs. This hotel is clean and showed no sign of bed bugs. I've never heard of bugs being a problem at the Dunes.

I just spoke with them. They assured me the was no bed bug issue and that both parks are open. Note, periodically maintenance must be done, in that case one may be closed temporarily. I will be sure to update after my stay this weekend.

We had a great stay other than the remodel on the water park that week. No critters were seen the whole time we were there either.
