What's check in time ?

4 p.m.

4pm, we got there early (noon) and weren't able to get into our room early. they will store your bags for you though, and they also did a pre check in so we could begin using the water park and go to the beach while waiting for our room. They called our cell as soon as we could get into our suite, which was still 3:30.

Technically it's at 4pm but we have always checked in between 12 and 2. You may get a lower floor if you check in early though so if you don't want that I would wait.

4:00 or later..

I arrived around 2pm and was able to check in early with no problems

4pm, but call at noon to check to see if the room ready, ours has been the past 3 stays!

4pm... but u can call and make arrangements if they are not busy...
