I have been staying there for over 15 years the units have gotten worst over the years. Some or old outdated and dirty. I was offered 2 other units to choose from. There was no house keeping service and $20 charge for parking. The restaurant food was good. I will not be returning. It needs to be renovated or demolished.

I have been staying here since 1997 and it has gone down a lot in quality. I understand the building is aging but the rooms are half cleaned at best. My 18 month old's feet were black after walking around in the living area. The carpet needs to be shampooed that's obvious. When I got there there were no luggage carts. The attendant at the desk had to go search for one. There was tons of dust all over the room. There was also a place on the ceiling in the living room where it looked like the unit above leaked. We will be staying elsewhere when we come back to the beach in the future. This place has went to the dogs.
