Hi Wade, we are located in an area known as the Golden Mile, which is a very quiet and more residential location. We live and work here and continue to feel very safe. We hope to see you soon for a great vacation!

Absolutely. It was fairly quiet at night. Primarily adults Forest Dunes is a homeowners community, so the owners are selective on who they rent to.
They have a security guard on site. No issues during our stays over the years.
I had zero issues while there in terms of safety. The area seemed safe to me.
