It probably best to search online for best prices. I just came back from there 2 days ago. The pools were not filthy but they were heavy corinated, which is to be expected. As far as price for a 1 bed ( Cali king ) and one pull out couch pool side for 4 days and 3 nights cost me 500.00 and 50.00 upon arrival. I hope this helps.
I don't recommend this hotel at all. Although rooms aren't bad, pools were horribly filthy.
Check on Trip advisor for rates. We had a great stay. The pools and hot tubs were clean. Our room was nice. We had a king, with stove, fridge, couch two t.v.'s and table. The shower was great. In room safe. Staff wonderful.
I was there im March weather was great did not use the water park pass but we did get one. We paid 80 a night the room slept 8 but only me and the greatest lady in the world stayed. If you dont like crowds go during the off season. Staff was great room was clean and the view was great.
