Yes, you can they started back on the 1st of March. My husband was admitted there the 26th of February and they was not allowed visits until the 1st he was discharged on the 2nd. They have to be admitted you can't visit in the er due to covid screening but once admitted and assigned a room you can as long as not for covid.
Not without special permission given ahead of time. If you feel you need to accompany call the department you are seeing the day before to get an exception
