If your hours say 7-430 you should open the entire time. There is no reason to close for lunch if you have multiple employees. Having to sit in my car or come back and hour later is unnecessary when is says you are open.

Please do NOT inconvenience yourself going to this location. Especially for a drug screen, I was in before 3:30(their cut off time) could hear someone in the back loudly asking “are we done yet”

Wont be back! I’m from Missouri but temporarily in Nashville for work. I took in the paperwork from my cardiologist for blood tests he needed before my appt in Missouri with the list of tests. I drive 7 hours back home, go to my Dr appt, only to find out they only ran a CBC & TSH which were not the ones he actually needed so it was a waste of trip. Wasted day off work, wasted money for the tests (he didn’t need), wasted money for gas, etc. Oh and when my Dr office called them, they said they were given an oral! I handed them the paper, not an oral!

Be aware they stop doing pre-employment drug screenings half an hour prior to close (4:30) and half an hour prior to their lunch hour (12-1). This is not posted on the door and there is no way anyone would know this unless they go and are informed of this and turned away. Frustrating and unnecessary! Why make it so difficult for everyone?

LabCorp is a joke! If you do get anyone on the phone they will "disconnect" you! Interactive Health is the company that manages this "wellness tests" that are really just scamming for your company to save money. Interactive Health needs to get real. I will not go into this FILTHY place again! No seats, trash every where, totally ignorant employees. When they take you in the back, its like you are in some third world country. Pitiful!
There were 4 people in front of me and I was in and out within 15 min so not bad for me and the once in front of me. Although there was this one guy who tried the lady at the counter....ive been here for over 20 min. I laughed and said no you havent I saw you walk in right in front of me and I havent been here for 10 min. Lol I left before him.
