We went to two car rentals. If this is the one in Springfield, they had no cars available at all. They said we could get one in Nashville, at the airport. This was after my daughter had found them online as having a car available closest to us. I think this was the one at the airport. They were unhelpful as well.

Line was way too long with only 2 agents. It took about an hour to get to the window and I had a prepaid reservation for alleged faster service. They sent some customers to Hertz line. Ridiculous especially after walking almost a mile to get to the counter.

Pretty sure you’re just screwed. The best thing to do is call and ask them to hold your reservation until the open at 8am. It will cost between 3-40 dollars for Lyft or Uber round trip. To get back to the airport later
The other car company rental companies will help you just drive into the Dollar Rent A Car return area and somebody will help you they're open 24 hours for returns and rentals in the Nashville Airport
That's a question for them. I usually just have someone drive me there and drop me off.

Yes. I rented a car at Nashville airport and returned it to Hartsfield Airport in Atlanta. You can always change your drop off.
I will never rent from them again. I would challenge the claim. Must be difficult getting good help these days. Good luck

You can rent a car with Dollar on age 21st but you have to buy under age fee
I dont think it has to be a major credit card. Just a bank card
Check your invoice the odds are that they added coverages to your contract the rate may still look like as though it's the same but look to see if there were added things to that that you did not accept
