The car was dirty, trash was left inside and my 2 year old found chewed gum in the back cup holder! It wasn’t completely wrapped when he found it so essentially he was holding some strangers chewed gum! We were disgusted. The staff was not very helpful either. We likely will not rent with budget again.

The lady that works here is horrible to customers and her coworkers. Book a car about 4 months on advance and she told us we were an hour too early for pick up. So we ended up having to uber to an appointment and the. Uber all the way back to pick up the car later. She also was super condescending to her coworkers when they asked for help. Save yourself the grief and uber to another rental place not inside the airport.

Really good service if everything is booked on app. Pick-up was literally 10 mins and was able to upgrade to sports car. Budget Nashville has great hospitality as well!

We have been renting cars for over 30 years and had the worst experience ever with Budget during our car rental on Oct. 17, 2022, at the Nashville Airport. We were not treated like customers by someone who memorized a series of questions that would allow him to tack on extra fees and surcharges to our rental. NO explanations were given to any of our questions. When we arrived at the airport our credit card had already been charged $324.37. By the time we got the key to the rental car, our attendant had already tacked on $264.78 in "taxable products/services," $102.65 in "non-taxable products/services," and $60.39 in "rental sales tax." NONE of that was clearly explained, nor was it indicated that it was additional to the $324.37 that we had ALREADY paid. It was late in the afternoon, we had spent all day flying to Nashville, and before we even made to the hotel our car rental cost almost as much as our three days at a top hotel near the Vanderbilt campus ($752.19 for the car rental vs. $906 for three days of hotel). This is the worst rip-off we've have ever had by a company. Not only will we never again do business with your company, but we will also tell ALL our friends and associates to avoid Budget Rent a Car like the plague.
