The lady that rented me the car told me I should buy the gas fill up option. I specifically asked her if it was just for the gas I used during the one day rental and she said “yes- just what you use at the same price as the gas stations.” She was lying. I stopped at the final check out and had the lady remove it. The must get a big incentive to make it worth lying about. Avoid these guys like the plague. Still waiting for them to email the bill. Can’t wait to see what else they tried to stick me with.

Hertz is always a top notch car rental company. I have never had any issues with them, they even helped with a last minute rental in Nashville TN. They had a car available when all other car companies were out of cars Hertz had one to rent.

No way would they answer a phone at Hertz Nashville. Then they would be required to answer questions. Go to Enterprise is my advice.

I have to pick up my car at Nashville tomorrow and my flight lands there at 11.59PM. I understand the rental closes at 11pm. How can I pick up my car ?

Call the actual Hertz location is you best bet and not the general number.

I fly into the Nashville Airport at 12:45 am on Monday Oct. 14 but the office closes at midnight. Is it possible to pick up a rental car after hours? Thank you

Apparently none. I had the same issue. Their call tree is awful, If you have a simple question you cannot get it answered

Did anyone ever determine if you could pick up your car after 11pm? My flight lands at 1055pm but it says the location closes at 11pm so want to make sure I can still get car.

Frankly speaking, didn't need to pick the car up that late. Last time I was there it was about 7.30 PM. Sorry, but can't say hiw long it is open.

You can't. Hertz won't give any of the local location numbers.

Yes. Just remember to leave the key in the car and take a picture ogf your dashboard showing miles n fuel.
